SEA CADET INSTRUCTORS
Our Sea Cadet Instructors consists of highly trained service members.
ACTIVE DUTY, RESERVISTS, and RETIRED MILITARY professionals from all branches of the US military train our cadets.
Our Sea Cadets learn leadership skills from those who have spent years honing and perfecting their leadership style in the world's best military!
ALL of our Sea Cadet Instructors perform their duties as VOLUNTEERS who are committed to serving their community and building future leaders!
Instructors perform their Sea Cadet responsibilities outside of their normal duty/work hours and sacrifice their personal time to schedule, plan, and execute training drills and other amazing experiences for our Sea Cadets.
ALL Sea Cadet Instructors receive mandatory training on the best methods to not only mentor and shape cadets into leaders, but also on how to protect and shield our cadets to keep them safe in all environments!
Sea Cadet Instructors complete the Cornerstone's Darkness to Light courses to enable us to RECOGNIZE, PREVENT, INTERVENE, AND REPORT instances of child abuse.
Sea Cadet Instructors complete Officer Personal Development courses to ensure we train our cadets in strict adherence to all US Naval Sea Cadet Corps regulations and training guidelines.Â
